Good professional service!

I’ve been with Zapp for several years. They have been able to handle any & all issues we’ve had over time. They are courteous fast and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them.

Previously ended service with another company, but recently had an ant problem inside the house. I reached out to Zap via their website and even though their website said the office was closed, I was called back right away to set up service for the next day. The technician that came out was not only on time, but called to tell me a more specific time he was coming instead if having to wait at home for the normal 2 hour window that's given. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.
