Zap is always prompt and thorough when providing service and our home is past free

Mitch has been our service guy for several years now. He had been such a joy to see each time our home gets serviced. Genuine people work for genuine companies.

He always address any issues we have whether it be mice (that’s why we called in the first place) to bugs. We get our home serviced every other month and they offer auto pay which is super convenient!

Mitch is always attentive to our needs and we appreciate it!

Previously ended service with another company, but recently had an ant problem inside the house. I reached out to Zap via their website and even though their website said the office was closed, I was called back right away to set up service for the next day. The technician that came out was not only on time, but called to tell me a more specific time he was coming instead if having to wait at home for the normal 2 hour window that's given. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.
