Why multi-unit pests need a building plan
Cockroaches and bed bugs move through shared walls, plumbing chases and electrical runs. Treating one unit at a time often pushes the problem next door. We look at the units around a problem unit and recommend a plan for the building.

Yes. We work with your team on notices, keys and timing so units are ready when we arrive.
Do you handle bed bugs in apartments?
Yes. We inspect and treat bed bugs in apartments and can check neighboring units to see if the problem has spread.
Can you do termite work and WDO reports for our properties?
Yes. We provide termite inspections, treatment, fumigation, wood repair and WDO reports, and Zap does every repair it recommends on its WDO reports.
Can service happen outside normal hours?
